Mr Matlose Phineas Moela is the founding Member and Director of Matlose Labour Law Consulting and a seasoned Labour Law Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has also been involved in adjudicating community schemes disputes at CSOS and has issued over 300 adjudication orders. His academic qualifications include Master of Laws, specialising in Labour Law; Master of Labour Relations and Human Resources; BPAHons in Public Administration; Bachelor of Technology in Labour Relations Management, Advanced Diploma in Labour Law. He has currently completed an online Course on Conciliation and Mediation of Labour Dispute which was followed by a Certificate of achievement on Conciliation and Mediation of Labour Disputes with the International Training Centre of International Labour Organisation (ITCILO) at Turin, Italy. Matlose is currently an LLD Candidate at the University of Pretoria. Matlose Moela is a Member of both SASLAW and SABPP which are professional bodies which regulates his profession. Matlose is an accredited Conflict Dynamics Mediator.
