Matlose Labour Law Consultancy(MLLC) was established in 2017 as a labour law consultancy both for private and public sector individuals and organizations facing employer-employee related challenges. The sole purpose of the organization is to investigate, conciliate, mediate, arbitrate and adjudicate over grievances or complaints, and disputes, Furthermore the organization acts as an impartial third party which aims to facilitate issues between parties in a sound legal fashion. The organization (Director) has extensive experience as CCMA-Accredited Commissioner and CSOS Adjudicator. He also held a Senior Managerial position in the Bargaining Council for educators. He has worked for more than 15 years in the field of labour relations dealing with grievance and  discipline management as well as representing the employer in conciliations and arbitrations in both the bargaining councils and the CCMA.
